stream or dealer locked. if you don't have the password, or it's stream locked, you'll need a modded t911 to glitch it open.

i believe its streamlocked

I think it is stream locked. if it was dealer locked i do not believe you will get the message card may contain an update. all it would say is backdoor disabled. you will need a modded loader to open this card.

I am not really sure what the message said exactly, but about a year ago i think i had the same thing but it was a rom3, i was doing some reading on a site which used to be called dss helper. It posted some codes, they were, 1111111111111111,2222222222222222, all the way up to 9999999999999999, i guess i got lucky because all 9999's unlocked the card and i have been using it ever since. I am not saying that it will work on yours, but maybe you mite get lucky as well.
