Internet TV receiver

May be it is stupid question, but anyway... Please, tell me what kind of receiver needs for watching internet TV... I mean, a lot of TV programm are existing parallel to cabel TV and satellite TV in internet. Can I use any receiver for that, I do not want to use the computer....

It is a card you put in a computer.
Unless you have a VERY big / fast computer and cable or DSL it sucks.
If you do it is just disappointing..
