channel edit 1.85

Do they have a step by step info:for dummy's on how to load a channel list into my forstar lifetime reciever,I downloaded a channel list to my computer but can't figure out how to use ch. edit 1.85 to load it to my reciever?

If you download the info from the receiver and save it, you can't open again after it is saved , the solution ...

Download the info and save it , then open the .bin in Hex Workshop ..

11(A) and 12(B) bytes in first line of hex file has to be changed ... then saved

65 76 69 6C 65 79 65 73 00 00 01 20 3F 00 00 00 00 04 00 00

to this

65 76 69 6C 65 79 65 73 00 00 02 10 3F 00 00 00 00 04 00 00

See the difference ? this is what you have to change and save as ...

Do the change then save the .bin , overwrite the original , now this file can be opened, loaded and edited as many times as you wish w/ Channel Edit



It works for DIGIWAVE, LAVA26000, and STEALTH 2000A for f 1.78 ACD, 1.84 ACD, and 187 ACD fixes. It wont work for lastest 240 ACD fix
