Programmed a rom 2 with tiers from RTM118b, made sure I had current keys, used Nagit 1 and Excel 3 to program card with. Most channels freeze and go to black screen after a couple minutes. Running top 180 only , no ppv or hbo and such. Could this be outdated tiers? If so shouldn't they update themself since there isn't a blocker? Running card in a 2800 , I also done a sector 5 earase on ird and ran check switch..
