hi all
if you are in canada is there any way to subscribe to foreign channels of charlie
or anybody else.there are simply no possibilities to watch them in western canada as local providers ignore them.unsettled dilemma:locals ignore,charlie forbids.there are many people ready to pay for watch.

I would say your cheapest alternative would be to pick up a FTA system and watch them for free legit

Bev only has the minimum number required on their system as CRTC dictats a certain amount must be Canadian Content. Eastern Canada gets some but probably not many more that you. Charlie is mostly spanish but FTA has multi national channels
