If you have locals on your card, at times CNN will dissapear from your guide. I have two receivers, one with the locals and the other with no locals. When I loose CNN in the one with the locals the receiver without the locals still has CNN. You can try this and see if it works for you.

CNN is on Sat 119 not Sat 110...Channel 200 on sat 119...... :)
