After so many court decisions I don't even know if watching Charlie is Legal in Canada
A short Y or N will be enough.

Last I heard it was "somewhat" legal in Quebec but I don't know if that's been overturned or not.

basically if it's not nearly all crap programming, it's not alowed in canada.

Would not matter even if it was legal to sub dish in Canada......."TESTING" is stealing signals and is illegal reguardless.

I got more answers to this question than when I was asking for help with converting bev to charlie.
Anyway, my opinion is that due to the threat of international terorism it is everybody's duty to check any signal coming on his/her property for terorist content.

It's legal to watch the Al Jazeera terrorist network in Canada ........ but it's illegal to watch HBO ...... Go Figure. The CRTC and Canuckistan Government sucks. I have no use for Canadian TV except for the Pron !!!!!
