yellow card difference

just seen a couple cards, and they are different. can anyone tell me wat the diff is between the yellow card that says dish 500 on it only and the yellow that says dish 500 and has all the tv station logos on it?
also, where are dish offices located?(i think one is in colorado..)

Dish yellow card with no station logo's is the latest being sent out for the card swap. 103 version if I'm not mistaken.

All the earlier versions came out with the station logo on them. Mostly 101 and 102 versions. Just a rule of thumb though. Best to either check them out in a programmer using nagra edit. Or go by the numbers on the back of the card.
