New Software Update

I just got back from a weeks vacation and turned on the receiver. I've got a message about a "free software" update. It is asking if I want to accept it. I've not accepted yet. Not sure when this update started. Receiver is a 2700

Should I accept the update? Any bad things to deal with after it is installed?

No one has reported any problems with it.
There are a lot of N2 related updates.
