Question About 3700 ird

Hi All: I have a 3700 ird. I just reprogrammed the card last nite. It has the latest keys, the guide and channel banners come up, but when you go to the channel, there's no video at all.

I can get video on the preview channels. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this problem?

Make sure you have the right ird# and boxkeys on the card. If so, just put on channel 101 and leave it for about 5 or 10 minutes. It should have video. Also if you moved the ird from one place to another, did u do a switch check?
