I have a blue card that has on the bottom of it
A2013 in nagra it saya it is a rom 11 but im not sure.
i can only find that this should be a rom 10 card.
The card is open and the card hex info translates to the number on the card.
what do i have can anyone answer this for me?
Also i have a white bell card it says that it is a rom 3 card what can i do with this card.
Thanks

Bell rom 3 can be given the old one step clean in Nagra and apply a clean dish image. Would be good to go for programming until N1 is done.

A2013 can be a rom 11, they usually have a black bar section on the bottom of the card, like they covered something up with a censor or something.

it can be programmed, I don't have any experience doing it, but people do use them. first have to see what the rev is and unlock it if it is not already open.

never used a rom 11, or eevn owned on for that matter, but i am wondering since they share the same card #, if a rom 10 image can be written to it? (not saying to do this, just wondering out loud)

Well If someone could point me in the right direction on how to program said rom 11 i would be thanking them greatly.
It is open and will do a one step clean in nagra 4.0
I guess i need to post in correct forum so could someone point me in the right direction.
Thanks Again

1) Keep / Use the current image on cam ...

2) Create rom 10 tier.

3) Rom 11 blocker.

Done.

Nope, DO NOT try writing a rom10 image to a rom11. They are virtually the same card, but different enough that you will most likely ruin your card trying this. Don't believe the rumor about rom11's being like rom101's. They are most like rom10's. I could go on a bunch about the similarities, but to start, they both hold 114 tiers.

You program a rom11 just like a rom10. You will have to use GCSB as your blocker. AFAIK that is the only blocker available for rom11. Unfortunately, Mili's PB never had a rom11 option or that's the way I would direct you. There is a great rom programming how-to at www.bellexpress.vu. Quick links are on the left. I have a good rom11 image with GCSB already incorperated. You will have to update the ppv string on it though. I'll upload it to the files forum. Just open the .bin, change your receiver id, BK's and other site specific info and write to your card. Password is at C600. You will want to change it. (I think it's all 3's at present)

....aw hell, it's kind of against policy, but I'm just going to attach the image. This image originally came from fatboytrav at dsstester, so thanks goes to him, not me.
