Browsing through European forums I find a few interesting threads and tools regarding Kudelski's Nagra2 format.
It appears that Spain was (is?) using Rom101 and Rom102 cards?
Anyways, I am not really that deeply involved into the decrypting, but think that some of their work may be worthwhile studying by U.S. experts.
The most interesting ones (X =w):
wXw.keyteam-board.de/thread.php?threadid=37550&hilight=rom102
wXw.ptown-networks.com/file/index.php?&direction=0&order=mod&directory=M.O.S.C.%20Section/Nagra%202
If you need assistance in translating German/Italian, I can probably help and make more sense out of it than the automated translator websites.
Good luck and keep up the good work - time's running out soon!
