problems with nagraedit plz help

ok i made my tier list using Rom tier maker and everything went smooth i guess but when i got to nagra edit and was to the point of puttin in my boxkeys and ird numbers it doesnt gimme space to change them it jus says unknown..... Any Help out there plzzzz

what type of rom or you using? and you have to clean the card first so it knows what kind of card you are dealing with.
