Abort please enter your smart card

hi guys, I haven't poped a card in awhile and i have flashed the loader and newd8 and changed the settings in winex and i am usin powersyncunlockallver2b. I open the file then click run script it says bev or dish. I click on dish because its rev is a23 on my rom10 but it keeps saying abort please insert your smart card. I know the card goes in chip dowm but i have tried it both ways. What am i doing wrong?

all connections are fine i flashed the loader using comm1 so i know it works but it won't recognize the card for some reason. I made a mistake in my first post after i run script when it says new6 or newd789 i click on 789 then it says abort please insert your smart card

TRY UNLOCK A 24 USE new 11 flash if new 11 flash don't open card . don't change setting on new 11 . then use new 9 change settings . JCK7

Sometimes you have to exit WinEx and unplug the loader between tries. So exit winex, unplug loader, replug loader,put card in and start program. Also you can try the unplug replug loader after you start the program but keep the card in.

thanks for the suggestions guys, I tried them all and had no success. I tried 2 different loaders and neither one of them will recognize the card. i just keep getting that message abort please insert your card. Its ok i was just going to pop these 15 cards for fun. I don't really need them. It must be something stupid or a setting that is wrong. I have poped hundreds of cards with both of these loaders. But that was months ago. Anyway thanks cimba and everyone else that offered help.
