bev to dish ???

I have been trying to swing my 2700 rxer from bev to dish, after finishing my rxer's power led flashes and thats it.
I have reserched it on this forum and tried a couple of different methods.
1) erased sa5 sector and streamed on sat 110 west

2) reflashed entire tsop with one from tsop bank
(my build is CAPD) refashed with CAPA image, steamed on sat 110 w

MY receiver just flashes and that is it

Note ) this rxer had a tsop lock on it (R259), which i removed and replaced with a 33 ohm resister from r259 to SB16

can anyone send me a known good CAPA image for dish ?

I am at a loss why this rxer will not work, can anyone suggest what i am doing wrong

Stream to 119 and try to update. There has got to be some good CAPA images already in the tsop bank.
