what do I need?Confused

I am currently running a 2700 ird with magiccard(no Subscription) and want to convert it to activator 2.I have a rom 10 card,but as far as I understand it will not work.So if I am right I am going to list the steps needed to activate the activator..
1.Stick the magiccard in the shredder.
2.order the activator card and iso programmer from the free sat guru mili.
3.contact Dishnetwork and order the top subscription possible.
4. tell dish I dont have new rom card for 2700 or bought ird and it dint come with one. (will they be able to tell that I f_cked with my ird Ive jtaged it 20 something time with all those ecms?
5.put both cards in the ird follow the instructions from activator.com or Smilingjack (I know he will make it alot simpler)
6. watch tv and enjoy the show and watch Playboy again.Thanks Mili for your continued support of the sat community you are appreciated by all of us here on the forum.

Activator 2 will only work if you have a subscription with a yellow card. Also, dish will easily attack these cards. Everyone should wait until it's fully tested.

Save the magic card, maybe something will come up for it

IF you have a ISO loader you can still use it.
3.contact Dishnetwork and order the top subscription possible.
Order what you can afford at least for a month or so and what you want to see.

Tell them you bought the set up from e-bay and have no card.
5.put both cards in the ird follow the instructions from activator.com or Smilingjack (I know he will make it alot simpler)
There are no instructions, it is pre-programmed. just put them in.

I'd make sure you reciever ID matched the sticker on the back abd that Box keys are the origonal too.

I would get new rom and make sure they will turn on before ordering act2

If you getting a virgin card why do you need the original Boxkey?
I think a virgin card can be use in any reciever right?
