Cam Open Not able to read in Nagra

Hey guys, i've been doing a lot of reading and followed most of the tips in the guides, I have a modded T-911 which was flashed with d6, run all of the unlocker's and it seems to pop in 2 glitches. Tried Nag. 2.0, Nag.3.0, Nag. 4.1
to do a read, one step backup, times out and says backdoor is locked. This is a Rom 3 Rev 382. Any clues or suggestions?

Rom3 382 is unlockable with viagra and some other winexplorer xvb's.The reason it shows unlocked with the 911 modded is because the software unlocks 383's rather than 382's.

Thank you LuckLarry for your response. I tried Viagra, several ISO unlockers
and finally I modded a T-911 to glitch this card. I can run most of the unlockers
like Penga's, No1B4Me they all say cam open. I,ve run bugbuster up to 1024 and the message I get is backdoor is closed. I,ve tried all the ISO programs for unlocking I could get my hands on, D2C files for Nagraedit, BDO busters, etc.,
I,m new to Dish so I really am perplexed. Everybody says this Rom 3 Rev. 382
should open with Win Ex scripts but I,m stumped.

Here, this should work. It's a Winexplorer program. Use the 3.68 crystal setting.

Thank's CaddyLover for the file, Tried it no go. I was talking to someone else at another site and he mentioned some bits may be zeroed out on this card resulting in not being able to get into the card.
