I am new here, Can you help me what's different Sub and Clone?
You have a warranty with a sub., as long as you pay your bill. There are no true clones at present time. They are worthless clones that are using a dealer paid subscription, they are expensive and are guaranteed to be hit with an ecm that is not reversible by its user. In which case you will pay again to get it fixed, over and over and over again and again and again.

This applies to N2 conversion only.
