Hey Guy's,
I need to find out how to use my J-tag. Is there a guide that will show me how to read and change box keys and IRD #?
Thanks guys,
Big
Click the receivers and hardware quick link at the top of this page, scroll down to the jtag and how to use it link and go from there.

Thanks JR,
I'm looking for witch pads to touch with what pin. And were dose the clip go? Is that a ground?
Under the unit is a small rectangal opeing with 2 rows of soder points and I don't know waht ones to make contact with. One of the J-Tag wires is red. Where dose that one go?
And I guess I use J-Keys?
Thanks

The clip is the ground, goes on the case. The red wire goes on the TRST pad,and yes you need j-keys. No one will be able to tell you were these pads are without the model # of your reciever.

I guess once I find the TRST pad the others will be right next to it?
Thanks everybody.
It's all here dude. The jtag maps have been posted quite a few times and are in the files section in at least three different versions. I'd post what you need but it's been posted many times and your better off if you learn not to rely on spoon feeding in this hobby. There is a lot of reading to do when you first get into this. Try a search for '3100 jtag' and I bet you'll get at least one hit with the info your after. It's also in the how-to's I directed you to earlier. Check out all the how-to's that have anything to do with jtagging and you will find it. Mili has done an outstanding job of providing folks with all those excellent how-to's, so you may as well put em' to use.
And too, don't get your 301.10/3100 mixed up with a 301.13. They are very different.
