Its my understanding that a sim card can be progammed with an iso progammer, If this so what is needed for software? and where can one obtain such. Has anyone ever messed with it? what can be done with them ? clones maby, Just wondering,,

i got a few progs for that let me dig them out never really got past reading the atr off of a card
