I am subbing a rom102 with a dp301t(reg013). Do I need to do any kind of mods to the ird, like a tsop lock or do I need to back up the tsop? Thanks...SD

oops, i meant to ask if i need to lock tsop while using the a2 card with this setup? One person told me that the a2 takes care of the tsop too, but i'm not sure they are correct... any help out there would be greatly appreciated...

No you don't need a lock with A2, A2 is the lock, it blocks all the bad stuff.

It also blocks the good stuff so you have to update it when the card expires.
Either by streaming it right before they expire of with a ISO loader.

i would still back it up, the hole thing........ you never know what the next ecm will hold. that way you can bring it back to life
