Say your subbed to the minimum package & then all the sudden you sub to everything-including Adult- don't you think they will flag your account?

Could a person build up there "retained" A2 programming a little at a time? Say sub to all the movie channels 1 month and then all the adult the next month etc...? Also, are the Hi Def channel packages retained? I assume so but I haven't seen this specific question addressed...
