Now that the FTA's has been cracked, what about the n2 card? What is keep that from being cracked?

One reason is that the card incorporates built-in security features preventing easy reads and writes. The FTA boxes are designed to be updated via the serial port.....

can't remember the thread but basically wait 2 weeks there will be a cardless solution for sale.
no other details were given except that dish got screwed by spending $$$ on an upgrade that did not change anything.

I had purchased rom101 rev007 from ebay. T_rex was giving provider info 00 39 & wrong IRD and Cam #.

I got the correct info from Nagra2 INfo B5 english. I changed IRD of my 2700 and matched with rom101. saca dt05 gives expiry 2060. saca dt85 gives nothing

My rom101 rev has changed to 009 and i have captions of all the channles. I am getting all preview channles.

Upon changing the Channels, one PPV pops up , didn't ask for purchase but agian no audio and video.

I have copied my TSOP and EProm of 2700.

If you're 101 was truly a virgin(007) then it wouldn't have had any IRD # at all. Would have all 0's.
