Downloaded the file from vip.dssftp.com for my cooltec, however I can not open it with winzip or winrar , any one can help ?

i downloaded the flie 133p for coolsat and it wont open either.
it wont open from other sites either,i wonder if some one screwed them up on purpose?
please let me know when you find one that opens
