Can I use the fortec ultra Bin on a Pansat2500a? Any info will be appreciated

some say it works better then the one supposedly release by Blacklist.

Do you know where I can get the bin for 2500A PanSat? It seems that I can not get it anywhere in this forum!

Hello,
Im not very familiar with FTA's, but was wondering about a Fortec Star 5100 plus receiver that a neighbour has which is not currently programmed. Is this a good receiver and is there support for this receiver with current N2 files?. I was thinking of buying it from him if it can be programmed.
