2500a Tsop 39vf800a 70-4c-ek

There have been multiple and contradictory posts concerning the Pansat 2500A TSOP 39VF800A 70-4C-EK with the 251 bin.
Anyone have any thing to report with their actual testing if this chip?? Is it running on your IRD with this chip or is your IRD dead??

I didnot find j-tag for above model and j keys for receiver, when i try use simple j tag it didnot detect tsop chip. which jkeys i have to use it give me error for defination file.

can please post me file for j tag and j key with defination for above tsop.
