can i use the pansat 2700A

can i use the pansat 2700A with my charlie dish 500 dish . i totally lost all i get is a black screen loaded bin and everything no signal. can someone please explain the settings on the reciever i need to change or point me in the right direction on how to. thanks

yes and no the dish is fine if the lnb is pro series thats one big double its hard to setup better to have the y with two seperate lnbs know switches in the line from lnb best to test one lnb 110 or 119. The settings need to be checked in ant setup lnb power 13v on lnb set to 11250 22hrz off for now diseqc switch set to none for now need signal and quality if all checks out then look for a free channel.
