Help, I need Fortec Ultra Remote Codes!

I have a fortec lifetime ultra and have loaded the 279 bin and all is well except I don't have a remote to get past inital setup! If anyone has a philips pronto (not neo) and can share their CCF file I would be greatly in your debt. OR if someone has figured out how to use a all-for-one remote with the ultra please post the code.

Posting IR codes for the Ultra could also help people to use the 279 file in their Pansat 2500's too,
