It decodes both N1 and N2 channels. No need for any other plugins like Yanksee, mdwrapper, fenrir etc. One file along with a properly configured softcam.key and all channels will be open (except porn).

hi guys, i'am thinking of getting the starbox usb receiver. do i need to install the above file for it to work?... thanks.. i'am new to dvb testing....

You might be severly lilmited to what programs will work on a USB plugin DVB.

Yes, but you also need the softcam.key file that contains all the decrypting keys. Without that S2EMU won't do much of anything.
