Hello All,

Was wondering if anyone can help me out with a IRD that i cooked awhile back when starting playing with dish. Its a dish 3800 with a build config of of clgd. I accidently saved the model 2700 ird info with jtag, instead of the address for the 3800. After reading the entire tsop, and even writing back the addresses that i saved from the 2700 specs, I can read the box keys and all the info with a jtag, however i get nothing but a black screen when the power is turned on. I even made a virgin eeprom with flash edit and applied that. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resurect this ird? I searched the tsop bank, and they don't have this build config. I also checked the easy ecm fix locations for the ird, and that has been remidied also. Any possible info would be really cool.

Thanks,

Awoll

All 3800 have been upgraded to 3900. You want selection 38 in the TSOP bank at www.dssftp.com.
CLGA is the same build as CLGD.

Then stream upgrade and you should be good to go.

You might want to create a virgin TSOP and flash it as well.

I finally got around to getting that ird loaded. I modified it a bit with my box keys and reciever number that was with the original. It went blank for a few .. i guess while updating... but now its working. Thanks a million. That poor little ird is my test one so i'm glad to have it back and working again .

Thanks Again
