I have a RCA DRD203RW IRD. is thier any way to mod it? and is it worth the headache to mod it to get rid of the 745 NAG?

Its the same as the 303 and 403.

However, high prices for chips and programmer; about $15 for chips and $150 for eeprom programmer. Plus, these models have crappy user interface. I recommend the RCA 420 or 440, the 430 nice too, but the 440 is the best. Especially with the ultra cool caller id mod that some degenerate, oops, I mean respectable businessman that moded it for me. If your gonna do it, you will spend less and get more by modding a different model. I know there is at least one guy on here that does a first class job of this for you, at a very fair price. I will let him speak up if he wants to.

your best bet would be to buy a drd420 or 440 and have that modded youd be much happier, those old ones are slow, guide moves at like snail speed, expensive as hell to mod also, 420 440 480 are very easy, great project and learning experience. although there are ppl who will do modding for you, I personally would be careful with that though, very dangerous out there now...
