Will i be able to use my FTA box to receive any channels? Like locals or anything. If I have a 33in dish or a C band dish? Or is my FTA worthless?, once N2 stops working.
If not worthless, how do i pick up these other channels.

You can only recieve KU band channels, with a linear LNB and point that 33 inch dish at 123 (G10R) and you will have fox, NBC, ABC and WB as well as a few independants. If you buy yourslef a motor you can get all kinds of channels. Its a good idea to get that dish pointed regardless because you need a back up.

What dish is HBO on. I thought i read somewhere that it is free too. All of you out there who are using true FTA, are you using motors on your dish?
To me it seems like a motor would be a pain in the butt, can anyone confirm?
