3100 wont Jtag... WHY? Help!

Hey guys,
I recently procured a Bell 3100 (dp301). It is brand new, and has a firmware of p60 on it or something like that. Build is EADB (I think).

I hook up my JTAG to it, and I cant get it to respond. My JTAG works because I can do another receiver, which is a 301.13, but the 301.10 is undetected. I know the JTAG points are different, and I think I am using the correct JTAG points on the .10.

Any help will be appreciated. I am JTAGging it from the bottom.

still sounds like your points may be incorrect. or possibly grounds. if your using one of those quad mode jtags. you need to switch the cable to the other plug in on the jtag. hope this helps.
