fortec ultra help please

i bought a multistar reciever and it went down a couple weeks ago-i was told it can't be fixed so monday i bought a fortec lifetime ultra-yesterday lost most of the channels -can this be fixed --thank you for your time and your help

Go to the file section and look for 281 file, use Blacklist to upload the file.... it should be fine with the new file. Good luck
