Before installing TwinhanDTV, please make sure DirecxX 9.0 is installed in your computer.
BDA driver (For MCE or BDA compatible 3'rd party s/w use)
BDA is only a free driver, you still need to buy Microsoft Media Center Edition or BDA compatible 3'rd
party s/w to watch digital TV.
Notice:MCE doesn't support DVD Decoder. You should download DVD Decoder to watch TV.You can
refer to Microsoft webside to choose a compatible DVD Decoders.

C/P in re the dp 34. Havent tested. Still waiting for my102G to arrive.

119 should be on "LNB1 committed"
110 should be on "LNB2 committed"
121 or 105(if you have it) should go to "LNB3 Commited"

the other thing you need to change the transponder to be Vertical only.
make a search for the .ini files for those sats and wherever you see 'H', change it to 'V', you'll also need take number and sub it from 25600MHz and place the result as you new number. For example:
if you had:
1=12224,V,20000,56
2=12239,H,20000,56
it become:
1=12224,V,20000,56
2=13361,V,20000,56

after importing these modified .ini files scan for channels again.
try that.

In order for someone with knowledge of helping you, it would be best if we knew your setup. Computer (w/o getting carried away), your lnb type, switchs etc etc etc.

A non-descriptive question in old school got ya the RTFM reply. So tell us what you have for a setup and I bet you you will either get a direct answer or if not some links to read to get you along.

Stick with MT it will probably work better with twinhan.

Are u using a switch or are u connecting staight to LNB?
You can't connect it to the DP34 output. You have to use the Diseqc.

I have DP lnb's going to DP34 then I have the diseqc connected to where you can connect another switch.

Well I just attachted a dish pro twin! And still nothing!! This is so fustrating!!
First off what is the echo 7? 110? and echo8,6 is 119?
DiSEqC settings: 110: CSW1>CSW2 119: CSW1>CSW1
What does this mean CSW1>CSW2? committed or uncommited? I can't get the ini files from that site! I've looked at 4 diff sites trying to find them--

The only thing now is that my pansat 2700a can't get any signal either sats!!

Well I have the same things--
MyTheatre v3.26
PlugIns folder
MyEPG.DLL
S2emu.dll
MDPlugIns folder
[no files]
MyTheatre (root folder)
SoftCam.key (9/14/05)

I import the 2410 and 2500 file right? Once I import it makes a new sat line? Now the files are no longer in my mytheatre main folder? I'm dying here!! LOL

Also I just realized that in the hardware tab of my comp it says unknown device? In mytheatre it read twinhan vision plus? Could I be missing a driver? thanks

Ok I made the ini's. Where do I place them to get my setup to work? Thanks

Buzzharley - Unknown device might be something else. The dvb card should show under SOUND, VIDEO, AND GAME CONTROLLERS. It will say DTV Audio controller, and DTV Video Controller. If you have these then the unkown device is something else. If the unkown device is the DVB card then you need to install the drivers for it.

Hey Surk77 What My Theatre version are you using??

qdawg
09-18-2005, 10:39 PM
I am using version 3.27. Thanks

sukh77

I'm using 3.12 the one u sent to me. But you have to scan with 3.27 then place the 3.12 hack for the guide to come back and work.

Qdawg - You don't place those files anywhere. You will need to import them. Go to the LNB settings then do import. Then do apply. Then select all transponders. Then scan.

LOF1=11250000 SW=0 LOF2=11250000. If you are using a switch then you will have to set that up also.

From the folder that you have your ini files you import them into your Mytheatre . Do the following After opening up the myTheatre program Right Click on the MT screen and sellect LNB the next page will appear all of the satellite select your satellite and highlight it example (EchoStar 7) then double click on import and it will allow you to browse thru your computer to where you have your ini file that you made then double click on the ini file and it will load it into your My Theatre and do your setting as previous mentioned in the above threads and then to the right where all of the trasnponds are listed sellect all and scan the satellite. Good Luck and have a Great Day!!
