Hi Guys,
Is it possible to reflash a whole 301-10 TSOP (Flash 1 & 2) without exposing it to the stream? I have a full backup of an early firmware (each Flash is 2mb). I've erased Flash 1&2 and wrote the earlier TSOP back to my machine. The LED on machine now flashes like it needs the stream to update. I don't have a dish installed right now for signal so I just want to write the firmware and have a functioning receiver. My needs are for the menu only, I don't want to watch TV with it. Is this possible or do I need to expose it to the stream to update flashes
Thanks

You can put a newer flash in it and it will think it is current. (P-243)
Get one out of the files section (last was P-241)

If it is flashing it does not like the flash you put in (corrupt) it or you made a boo boo installing it.

Remember to match the A B C D as close as possible

You've been very helpfuly Smilingjack! I downloaded a new flash in the download section, edited my info with flashedit, flashed my receiver, and voila a working machine. You were right, my backup must have been corrupt. All is well now and thanks again for your help.
