I too have a pansat 2500a. I have a really old bin from back in mid July. Downloading keys still works for me minus the good channels that have gone to Nagra 2. Have either of u tried the new nagra 2 fixes?

can some one tell me How are people able to use the bins 252, 253, 254 for pansat 2500A, i follow the instrution, and said that i have to download the factory bin 222, and then the file 252, or 253. the only file that worked was the 251 the last week but now no anymore. and everytime that i download any of the new files the box is like looping with the " - " and i have to download the original file to fix it, any body knows what happend.

I am very confused with this.i am a member of VIP and tried every file they say that work 251-253 254 etc.and nothing worked .only getting nagra1 with the few channels that are left.using 2 - 18inch dishes and get 110 and 119..or do i need a bigger dish that works for true FTA??
hopefully some one has the answer...btw. those bins create knight rider except bin 250 or 251

I am new to most of this. I have a pansat2500 for about a year now.

It went down like everyone else but after reading these boards for the last couple of days I decided to try and get it back up and running.

ITs currently working. I will explain what I did to get it running. Hope it helps.

First of all I had D***ct TV, triple LNB....I never moved it or redirected the dish.

Don't know if that matters but it worked when I first started so I never messed with it.

Factory Reset box while still connected to TV

Plugged into computer and downloaded factory BIN

Opened the DishToyBox updater

Used the file that comes with the DishToyBox updater which is called Dishtoybox_pansat3000 160905 BIN file

Downloaded that file

Then I went to the Gtools program and loaded one of my old channel lists

Hooked the box back up to TV and erased all the channels I had.

Did I blind scan on sat 110 and Sat 119.

I have TV. Lots of channels, PPV, etc.

I gotten alot of help from everyone here by reading and testing.
