When you get these messages, as stated before it means that bin has been blacklisted. Its trial and error, theres no real way to tell is a bin has been blacklisted, expecially when you get the online. Some decent users post as much information as possible when donating valid bins, such as day they tested it, and any other known facts. Heres some basic pointers.

**A blacklisted bin takes time for it to blacklist, If you put a BIN thats been blacklisted in your reciever, it does work usually until the data stream tells the reciever its been blacklisted. you cant stop this, except with a bootstrap, or use below instructions***

1) Look for the most recent postings, since bins rarely last longer than a week most often a few days, its good to get them fast.

2) If you find one that lasts you, and is not blacklisted, remember who posted it, and drop him/her a thank you.

3) 3M's do not blacklist, there most often ECM'd leaving you no choice but to unloop your card for a clean write. I tend to avoid 3M's because of this. With "activation" you can just clean the old bin and write another one.

4) If you find a nice bin that stays up, dont give it to the world so fast, remember those that helped you, such as buddy in paragraph 2, PM him and add the bin, and he will often return the favor once more when. This is a great practice. Theres no better feeling than a thank you PM with a valid bin attached.

5) If your or any bin posted goes 744-745 leave a message where u downloaded it, and let others know as soon as possible. The moderators will likely pull it saving others time, and wear on cards.

6) Build a buddy list, and help them out when u have a valid bin, and youll be supprised just what thell do for you. Even in the forums, outside of "bin-begging" alot will help u if u just ask nice enough. DONT ASK FOR THE BINS, there here, look around, and when u find one post it and indicate when you got it, and stuff.

7)If your really stuck, you can always resort to the "NO745 Unlisted Bin" Mod, its a mod/cheat that gets you up and running and lets you use any unlisted blacklisted bin. Thats a blacklisted bin, that your reciever has not been told to blacklist yet. Often it takes upwards of 1/2 hour. Once blacklisted by the reciever its a "listed blacklist"

Use the following cheat to use "unlisted" blacklisted bins

download Unlisted blacklisted bin MOD

1) clean card 2x
2) Boot Card
3) Write blacklisted.BIN
4) write activation.HEX
5) write no745.HEX mod
6) re-boot reciever
7) put card in, and turn to PPV channel immediatley, and order any PPV

once you see "thank you , enjoy your program" your laughing, DO NOT REMOVE CARD AFTER THIS"
