4X4 has it there, but if you need hard reset/reboot (i.e. if a soft reset does not do what you think it should have done) try a hard reboot.

RCA 5th Gen Soft Reboot
Press the Info Button and the Right Arrow button for 5 seconds until system resets itself.

RCA 5th Gen Hard Reboot
Pull access card. Power reset ( power & down button at same time) Keep holding buttons, Pull the Power cord. Keep holding buttons on the actual receiver. Plug back in and unplug while holding power and down (a total of 4 to 5 in and outs)
