HD Channels on EchoStar 6/8

Lyngsat shows several HD channels on Echostar 6/8. I am using My Theatre and it cannot 'see' any channels on the frequencies listed on Lyngsat. Does anyone out there know how to get HD?

Twinhan 1020a
MyTheatre 3.27

I get most other channels that I would expect to get.

HD requires a 8psk module. None exist, that I know of, for DVB.
