To make an unbuffered JTag you will need:

- a pencil solder, 15 but no more than 30 Watts
-40/60 solder wire, resin core
- nose pliers

-5 resistors 100 Ohms, 1/4 or 1/2 Watt
-6 wires no more than 12 inches or better ribbon cable
-1 male conector 25 pins

Since I do not own a Pansat I can not tell you if the board get the DP-20 Header alredy on, if is already on, you will need a DP-20 conector (female). If it is not on, you can solder either way the wires or the resistors on the board.

To much hasle? Buy one.

Pin out? I do not know that for a Pansat, wait a little bit, maybe some other member can help you out with that part.

Chassis, the metal base where the boards are held. Yes, you NEED that to finish the ground circle!!!
