View Full Version : setting up a coolstat pro from the begginning

trying to setup this coolstat pro and am having problems,been flipping threw some search pages but don't see what i need.first i have a dp-twin,i put the cd in from coolstat i was trying to load the stb tool and start downloading files from there site but the stbtool is still an icon,what do i open it with.do i even have to do that or can i go to the files section here and get what i need.
if anyone could get me off the groung or tell me where to find a guide or anything on this i would appreciate it.

You have a CD comes with the Coolsat ? Never heard of this CD.

Download the "Coolsat Setup Ver050917.zip"
Everything you need to get your coolsat pro up and running.

(I tried to upload this zip file to mili's site, but always have some error. It just won't let me upload.)

appreciate the help,i am using the cd that came with it now.
just needed to no if i am supposed to download from coolstat site when i first get it,or can i just take files from buzz file section only.also if i make a mistake can i download right over it or do i erase it somehow.

Really no need for the CD unless it has a good tut with it. As el6 said, hxxp://www.koreanf2a.tv/ has all you need to get up and running. gat-s.biz/forum/index. also has a good tut, setup pak and channel lists for CS Pro.

You can download and overwrite with no problems. It's really not that difficult once you've run it a few times

i put a bin and a channel list in my coolstatpro with dishpro500,if i want to use another bin & list can just write over it,or does it have to be erased.thanks
