Pansat 2500a - Dead ???

Need some help, I have two 2500a's, programmed them both the same, one is sill working the other one is dead? I mean it was working for one day then the next day turned it on & nothing, no lights on the display or anything. Checked all connection for power & if it had an internal fuse that was blown, still nothing. Has any one had the same problem? If you had, Please can you give me some direction?

Hi, youre pansat got nailed with the anticlone thing (was kinda burned) u need to jtag it in order to make it work again. Good Luck

Sorry guys, I still need more help with this. I have been reading about this for several hours; know do I have to solder the # pins to??? With a resistor in-between??? I’m totally lost worse than when I started. I’m not sure of what I have been reading is proper or I’m just not understanding it. Do you think you can put some of this in a more of a simplistic layout? You know for some whom is a little challenged in this area.

I sent you a pm. I have 3 files. 1 file shows how to build the jtag its very easy to follow. 2file shows a detailed where and how to hook up and use the jtag to the pansat box 3rd file is the jkeys needed for the pansat with original bin that was on box when you got it. Pm me your email and I will send them to you. Or you could sell it to me if you don't feel like messing with it?
