Did you save the original program that was on the card? If not you will have to play stupid with DTV and call and tell them the programs are not coming in and what oh what do I do??? They will fix and probably send you new cards ONLY IF YOU SUBSCRIBE to DTV. If you do not pay monthly then you cannot call them.

when I put the card in my rvcr I get 711 or 745 response. What am I missing?

No, try this in ExHU:

Insert the card, Open the EEPROM (your original bin), then choose 'Card', then select 'Write', then select 'Current EEPROM', and finally choose 'with Normal Glitching'. Then click OK at the next dialogue window. ExHU will now write the EEPROM to the card. Reboot the IRD, then put the card in. It can take a while to 'normalize' if it will. Depends how long it's (the bin) has been out of the stream. No guarantee Dave will let things be, though. Dave will probably send you a P4 in it's place.
