remote problems

bought a megasat from an individual and it came with a blue buttoned DN remote. Receiver used to be used for bev. I've put the latest megasat bin on, but now I can't get passed the language screen because the remote won't work. Can the bin be changed to use that remote or am I going to have to find a different remote?

He gave you that remote because he? flashed with a bin that allowed the remote work with that, so if you changed the bin (I do not use that kind of receiver) I guess you should upload the bin with the same mod or as you said get the Megasat remote.

changing the bin ( for remote reasons ) is totally out of my league. So I'll try to find a remote. ( or I"m just sh#t out of luck).
