FTA receiver with a sat DISH500?

I'm looking to invest in a FTA receiver now that N1 is done. Can I use one with a DISH500 sat dish?

Yes you can, using either the legacy or dishpro versions. You need a Disecq switch if its a legacy. I don't think any switching is required for the dishpro versions.

I could not get my pantec or my 2700 to work right with the dp34 switch. changed switchs and working great.
