New firmware on most models and no hits on the blocker. Won't know if it still works until charlie starts hiting the new blocker. Should be real soon. Usually hit's within three weeks of a firmware upgrade.

Especially when that upgrade forces you to unlock the receivers.

No the softlock only locks the TSOP not the EEPROM. EEPROM is where the fav menu data is stored.

Yes you can test it. Just put a old blocker on your card
and wait for it to get hit. Horhay should be good for this.

If you can uplug the receiver after the hit and get all the channels back it still works.

If you end up with location ID of 0000001 it don't work no more.
