I have done several of these triple dishes but on one today I got a problem that I can't explain.

First mount I got an average of 98 signal on sat A but nothing at all on sat b or c. I tried that LNB in my personal system and it worked fine so I took my receiver over to the new mount and same thing happened there with no B or C. I changed all cables and still had same thing. I moved the dish to another place and I got Sat A and sat C but still no B at all. At one time during the first mount I managed to get Sat B with no Sat A or C.

Please explain this to me i have always pointed until I got the best signal on Sat A and the others were always there along with it.

Also make sure that the sat C lnb is the correct type, it is a special frequency out put lnb. Sat B & C signals are combined before the multiswitch. If the sat C lnb is a regular lnb it will interfere with the sat B lnb.

on some IRD's there is a setting in the menu that toggles between single and multiple lnb's look for it under system setup menu i believe that is wheere it lingers.

trip lnb dishes have to have a wide line of sight meaning no trees or any thing to the left and right of it at all.....skew is set right you shouldn't have probs...make sure its plumb and level.....remember even the smallest interference to the left and right will screw it up...these dishes are unforgiving when it comes down to getting all 3 sats if you have anything blocking it....
