Where can I get the settings, PCR PID etc., for Texas locals which are spot- beamed. Lyngsat doesn't list them. I have searched everywhere I know to look. Am running new Ultra with DP lnb (no switch) and al7bar 282t.

Thanks!

Most of Texas is on 105, 121 or 148 birds. Where in Texas would you like to have your locals ?

The Houston channels are located on sat 119 tp5 12282.

I`m just guessing here, but sounds like you might want to try 13318 frequency. Lyngsat frequencies work on legacy lnbs and one side of the dishpro lnbs. Dishpro lnbs really don`t switch polarities, so it has to be done mathematically. Wont go into the whole thing, but hope it works for you, as long as your in the spotbeam.

Have you tried a blind scan ?

Doing a power scan right now. Are you saying the PID etc. aren't necessary for spotbeam channels?

Do PID on the transponder only that your locals are on.....

That's my dilemma, I'm not sure what I should or shouldn't enter in channel master to receive Houston locals. In Lyngsat there is only an "E" where PID etc. info should be.

Hoping this will help. Do you have the call letters for the stations you want ?

I scanned the 12282 TP (which Lyngsat showed to contain my locals) and sure enough they were there amongst the the others. Added them to Favorites-Locals and everything is copacetic- for now anyway.

Thank yall for the replies to my post.
