First off, try doing a hard reset. If still no go, erase SA5 and re-stream.

check the location id ,if all zero's or end in "1" you have been ECMed.

how do i do a hard reset? If that doesnt work how do i erase sa5 and restream ? Thanks so much for your help

then quickly press
INFO
RIGHT>>>>
LEFT<<<<<
The last 3 tasks must be completed within 5 secs.if done properly you will see the Device Status & Memory Dump Screen... while on this screen press the TV/VIDEO button on your remote ... ignore the message that comes up ... simply unplug for 10 seconds ...

2.In jkeys flash programming ,click drop down and click on erase SA5..DO THIS 3 TIMES.
3. Put ird into stream again with all cables connected(except Phone line)

Did you have a backup of the tsop bin...before you did whatever you did.?
